Ok, of course I could just PM Pete, but I have two reasons for doing it this way.
One, to help an otherwise stagnant board....(LOL)
and two, so everyone could see the answer, which may be interesting.
Pete, I know Ringo has joined the BB onstage, most notably back in 85.
But I swear that I read that Jimmy Page joined them onstage once! Is this true, and if so, when and where, and what songs did he do with them?
THANKS!

Yes, it's very true. I have seen the bootleg CD, but for some reason, didn't buy it (might have not had enough $$$ at the time).
From what I heard, it was just for 1-2 songs, sometime in the 80's, I think. "Barbara Ann" MAY have been one of them.
I'll have to research the details, I'll let you know as soon as I do..

One of the details I'd like to know is how the hell did those artists hook up! LOL! Never pictured Jimmy as a Beach Boys fan!

Jim Morrison was also once quoted as saying he loved the Beach Boys. Keith Moon and Brian Jones as well. Of course, Jimmy Page played on Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual", so he obviously has an open mind!

Just goes to show you what the "cool" rockers were listening to-the "square" stuff.
