Stevie Wonder is an artist I have always held in high regard and with great respect, but I don't listen to him hardly at all. I only know a handful of songs, but most I don't even know the titles of. I know I Just Called To Say I Love You, of course, and a duet with Whitney Houston called We Didn't Know, which is actually quite good.

Hey Dawn Most underrated song: Isn't She Lovely First Stevie Wonder song you can remember hearing: Superstition - I saw Stevie on Sesame Street Hi Ken! I agree with you that Isn't She Lovely is underrated - that's one I should have included in my list of favorites. Very nice song! Sesame Street - I remember that episode also! I hope that if they ever decide to release some of the classic episodes on DVD, that they include that one. Great memories!

"No New Year's day..." However, never raved over Ribbon in the Sky and Lately, and A Place in the Sun & Overjoyed could use less play. I agree with all your choices for underrated songs - it's been quite a while since I've heard any of them on the radio. I first discovered Never Had a Dream Come True on his Looking Back LP, and you are right, it's excellent. I like to hear Ribbon in the Sky occasionally, but it doesn't seem to strike the same chord with me as a lot of his other work does.

First heard-Probably My Cherie Amour CD-none, looking for a complete collection I'm thinking My Cherie Amour was the first song of his from the '60s that I knew, not long after I heard Superstition. It's been a big fave of mine ever since. I'd like to find a complete collection of his as well - possibly a box set if one becomes available. Musiquarium is great, but doesn't include the earlier hits, and Song Review leaves out some of the lesser-known but very good songs.

Any songs you feel are overrated? "I Just Called..." although I do like it First Stevie Wonder song you can remember hearing: I too remember the Sesame Street show with "Superstition!" I'm the same way with I Just Called... - not a bad song, but I think he had better ones that didn't have as much chart success. That was a great show! Of all the episodes I watched in the early-to-mid '70s, that's among the ones I remember best.

I taped an A &E Biography special a couple of years ago about Sesame Street and can't recall if they showed a bit of it or not . I'll have to watch it again.

I'll have to watch it again. That A&E Biography sounds very cool! I haven't seen it yet, but will keep an eye on the TV listings for a re-airing. I loved that show so much when I was little, and it would be great to see some of the classic clips!
