Thanks Dawn! I shoulda suggested it sooner so it would've coincided with the tourney! 3. Illegal Alien 1. Taking it All Too Hard Fave album-Genesis (Abacab is a close second) Phil solo-Find a Way to My Heart, Inside Out, Like China (love the No Jacket & Hello albums) You're welcome - glad to do it! I remember one of the AOR stations here played a lot of the Genesis album cuts like Illegal Alien and Taking It All Too Hard back in early '84. Both of those always bring back great memories. I'd also rank Abacab as a close second to Genesis - they were really at the top of their game during that time. Those two Phil solo albums do have a lot of very good tracks, I agree. Face Value is a good one also - there's a cover of the Beatles' Tomorrow Never Knows that's pretty interesting!

Most underrated song: Squonk Favorite album cover:Nursery Cryme - It's included in a book I have of LP cover art. I agree with you about Squonk being underrated. I'm not as familiar with their '70s material as their '80s material overall, but most of what I've heard is very good. I need to check out more of those early album cuts! That sounds like a very cool book!

Favorite group member: I guess I could say Peter Gabriel, but more as a solo artist. Any songs you feel are overrated? I Can’t Dance Favorite Phil Collins solo efforts: I Missed Again, Easy Lover I should look into Peter's solo material in more depth sometime. I was disappointed with I Can't Dance. It seemed as if the group started to lose some momentum with Invisible Touch, and they never quite got back on track after that. I Missed Again and Easy Lover - I remember taping both of those songs off the radio back when they were current (I think I still have the I Missed Again cassette!).

Woo hoo!!! First Genesis song you can remember hearing: Follow You, Follow Me (when current) Favorite album: Genesis (perhaps in my all-time top 10) Thanks Dave! I remember hearing Follow You, Follow Me on the car radio back in summer '78, and loving it right away. I think I'd rank Genesis in my top 10 albums also. Every track on there is so solid - love it!

The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway - good track! As I mentioned to Ken, I'm not quite as familiar with the Gabriel era as the Collins period, but have heard some very good songs from those years. Very cool! I'll be looking forward to reading your review!

I only know a few of their 70's tunes myself - Squonk , The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway , and I think I've heard Supper's Ready once . My classic rock station plays their 70's tunes every so often.
