Hey Dawn:) Most underrated group member: Bernie Leadon / Don Felder Best vocals: I Can’t Tell You Why -would have to agree First 45 you owned: One of These Nights Hi Ken! I agree that Bernie is underrated - it was a close choice between him and Don for me also. Great musicians! I Can't Tell You Why is such a great tune - Timothy does an excellent job with the vocal. I love to sing along with it. One of These Nights brings back so many memories of summer '75 for me. Absolutely love it!

Group member-Timothy B. Underrated-Ol' 55 I'd like to check out more of Timothy's material - he has an incredible voice. I've read that he does a wonderful version of Caroline, No on the Beach Boys' Nashville Sounds DVD - I need to get that! You're right about Ol' 55 being underrated - I should have included that one in my list of favorites! Great song.

Songs: 1. Best of My Love Vocals: Best of My Love Best of My Love is wonderful, I agree. I've always liked it, but it's become even more of a favorite in recent years. The vocals are excellent - I think I'd put it right behind I Can't Tell You Why.

Favorite Eagles songs: Every song on Vol 1 & 2 GH First 45 you owned: reissue of One of These Nights (Interesting to note is that the re-issue is the FULL album version with the full intro. The original 45 has the first four measures of the intro edited out.) Favorite Joe Walsh solo(s): The Confessor (haven't heard it in 19 years!) I agree that those two Greatest Hits volumes are very solid all the way through. I didn't know that about the 45 re-issue - cool! It seems like there was a tendency for re-issue 45s from the late '70s and '80s to be edits, but it's great that they used the full version with this one. I'm surprised the classic rock stations aren't playing more of Joe's material. I usually only hear Rocky Mountain Way, Life's Been Good, and a couple of the James Gang cuts.

Most underrated song: New York Minute Any songs you feel are overrated? Seven Bridges Road New York Minute is a great song! I remember when I got the Greatest Hits Vol. 2 cassette, Seven Bridges Road took a while to grow on me. It's still not one of my top faves, but it does have some very good vocals.

First CD: none. Thinking about getting "Very Best Of." I do have Frey's & Henley's "greatest" though. Very Best Of is a great collection - it has all the hits, plus many of the best album cuts. I should look into the Frey and Henley collections - I have most of their singles on various cassettes.
