I was just on thebeatlesonline.com and under DVD's, it had MMT. Underneath it said, "Buy it here from Amazon".
It says it came out on DVD in 97. Does anyone remember this/know this??

Yup I remember CD browsing one day and seeing both MMT and Help! on DVD at that time. Unfortunately I didn't have a DVD at that point. I should have bought them anyway, I've been kicking myself ever since LOL.

That must have been when the DVD format was just starting to take off. As we've talked about in PMs, I would love to have both of those on DVD, along with Let It Be!

I found a copy of Magical Mystery Tour on DVD at Circuit City a few weeks ago!! I was Christmas shopping for Mark, and he had asked for Yellow Submarine (which they were out of, unfortunately  ), but I came across this while I was looking through the Beatles titles. The outer packaging said it was imported from Australia, and was $12.99. It had been years since I'd seen the movie all the way through, so I'm very glad to finally have this in the collection! |
