I agree, Lora. He was a tremendously talented musician in his own right, and I don't think he always gets the credit he deserves.

First LP: Mom had "Somewhere in England" and "Cloud Nine," and I think "33 & 1/3rd."
First cassette: None
First CD: Mom gave me "Cloud Nine," "Best of...," "Best of Dark Horse," "Somewhere In England," and some others. First one I bought myself was the reissue of "All Things Must Pass."

Do I miss him? Oh God, yes.

I need to get Brainwashed sometime. I remember hearing Any Road on Beatle Brunch right around the time it was first released, and really enjoyed it. Great lyrics!

I miss him too. It's still hard to believe at times that he's gone.
