1. We were listening to Christmas music on the way home tonight, but I don't remember the last song I heard. 2. Christmas Portrait by The Carpenters. 3. I Am Woman. LOL! 4. Hmm...John Mellencamp, I guess. 5. Been awhile since I've been to a concert. I was supposed to go see Donny Osmond this past April, but I got really sick and couldn't go. 6. I'd have to say Melissa Etheridge in Aug. '94. She put on a great show, and that's when I became a die hard fan. 7. Starship (I think that's the name they were going by then) sometime in the mid to late '80's. The whole band was drunk, or stoned, or both. Grace Slick couldn't remember the words to the songs to save her life. Awful. 8. First concert was Sonny and Cher. I think it was about 1971. 9. I don't think I've ever seen a tribute band. LOL! 10. I used to have a Joan Jett t-shirt that was awesome. But it eventually fell apart. I guess I wore it too much. 11. I've probably been to...maybe 40 concerts? 12. Pat Benatar, I guess about 5 times. Couldn't tell you when, though. 13. I met Joan Jett and Cheap Trick by winning backstage passes to their concert (they were appearing together), Micky Dolenz, at a bar after a Monkees concert, Janie Fricke in a local record store, and Graham Nash standing in line at the concession stand on the way in to see "Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome". After the movie, Mike and I went up to him and asked him for his autograph, and he happily obliged. 14. Melissa Etheridge, Bette Midler, Bonnie Raitt, Cyndi Lauper...the list could go on... 15. Janis Joplin, Karen Carpenter 16. Joan Osborne. Whatever happened to her? 17. Only one? Hmm...Bette Midler. 18. 50's: I dunno...maybe something by Buddy Holly. 60's: Move Over--Janis Joplin 70's: You've Got a Friend--Carole King 80's: Bring Me Some Water--Melissa Etheridge 90's: I'm the Only One--Melissa Etheridge 00's: Redneck Woman--Gretchen Wilson (all I could think of at the moment. LOL) 19. Mid '70's. 20. Tapestry--Carole King, Rumours--Fleetwood Mac, Abbey Road--The Beatles, Pearl--Janis Joplin 21. The '70's. 22. Toss up between Grease, and The Rose. 23. I've been on a Janis Joplin kick lately. I've also listened to a lot of Heart, and even Suzy Quatro. 24. Kid Rock is my guilty pleasure. 25. Hmm...No idea. 26. I have about 1200 albums, and about 600 CD's. I had to get rid of my cassettes cuz I was running out of room. Oh, and I also have about 400 45's. 27. Probably about 80 or so DVD's and videos. 28. I suppose I have 50 or 60 music related books. 29. No musical instruments. I played the violin in grade school, but that's about it. 30. I'd love to learn the drums and the guitar.
