"It's Too Late For Tears"

Anyone have any idea about this song? I don't know if this is the title or not, all I remember is hearing it on Orlando radio when I was very young (Around 1984, I'd guess) and a man sang it. Any ideas? Of course, this is the only line from the song I can recall...

I did a search and found out that the band Game Theory recorded a song Too Late For Tears in 1984.

The song I remember hearing was more of a ballad. (Something like "It's... too late... for tears...") My foggy memory seems to think that the singer sounded something like Steve Perry, but I'm sure it wasn't him. Thanks for the effort, though.

Ok Daniel - there's a song by Joe Cocker called "Too Cool"

It's slow, and kind of bluesy, and at a distance, I could see where you might confuse it with Steve Perry.
