MEAT LOAF's album, BAT OUT OF HELL, was produced by TODD RUNDGREN. Todd Rundgren also produced part of Straight Up by Badfinger. BADFINGER performed the song, "Come And Get It", for the film, THE MAGIC CHRISTIAN, starring RINGO STARR.

Roberta Flack sang the theme song for The Hogan Family which starred Jason Bateman.
Jason's sister, Justine, was on Family Ties...where the female vocals for that song were recorded by DENEICE WILLIAMS.

One of Deniece's biggest hits was "Let's Hear It For The Boy," which was included in the soundtrack for the movie "Footloose" in 1984. Also in that soundtrack was the title song by KENNY LOGGINS.

Oddly enough, another artist who first charted in 1987 was RICK ASTLEY.
