You forgot to mention (although I don't know why you would) that Stephen King wrote a book with the same title, and it was turned into a movie starring James Caan and Cathy Bates - and won a Best Actress Oscar for Cathy. And the answer is ..... Misery Way to go, Ed. Back to you.

That's it! Sammy Turner remade the 30's tune around 1960. A lesser track from Timmy T's album "Time after time". And from the last Styx album Dennis DeYoung performed on, 1997's "Return to paradise". It's your turn again, Ed!

I'm not familiar with Carolyn Dawn Johnson, so I looked her music up first on amazon.com and found "You Are". I know Lionel Richie has a song with that title; don't know one by Pearl Jam (I only have "Ten" and have only heard a few other songs besides that album).
