I just turned on WLIT, the Lite, and who is on there? UNCLE KRACKER!!! Ok, granted, it was his cover of Drift Away which is mellow, and I guess Dobie himself sings on it, but still! Then again, I'm sure Kracker's buddy Kid's duet with ex Sheryl gets regular lite play as well. I guess ever changing artists, and the broadening of what is considered "lite" changes set lists all the time. And then they went in to a Whitney song.

Well, once I heard a station proclaim itself as "the home of your easy favorites" or something like that, but the song they played was...BAD BAD LEROY BROWN!

It's interesting what some stations consider "lite muzac"...

My local soft / lite rock station has just recently tweaked their playlist to include such "lite" artists like Shaggy(??) His music is anything but relaxing - don't get me started
