I'm in possession, for an unspecified period of time, my dauthter's CD recorder (she may never get it back). So I've finally joined the 21st century and making my CD compilations. After a couple of false starts, a few choice swear words, one wasted CD-R, and maybe too much Bacardi & Coke, I burned my first CD. It features some (not all) of my favorite "Rock" songs
Rock & Roll - Led Zep It's Still Rock & Roll - Stones We Will Rock You/ We Are the Champions - Queen Rock & Roll Fantasy - Bad Company Long Live Rock - Who Old Time Rock & Roll - Bob Seger Rock & Roll Band - Boston So You Want to Be a Rock & Roll Star - Byrds Rockin? Down the Highway - Doobie Bros Venus & Mars/Rock Show - Paul McCartney Too Old to Rock 'N Roll, Too Young to Die - Jethro Tull Kids Wanna Rock - Bryan Adams R.O.C.K. in the U.S.A. - J.C. Mellencamp Rocky Mountain Way - Joe Walsh Rock 'N Me - Steve Miller Band There's Only One Way to Rock - Sammy Hagar Rock & Roll Dreams - Meatloaf I'm Just A Singer in a Rock & Roll Band - Moody Blues Long Live Rock & Roll - Rainbow Rock & Roll - Heart
Back to CD recorder to make more music.

Excellent choice of songs! I have a CD burner on my computer, and I've made twenty discs. It's almost like an addiciton sometimes, so watch out!

That is a fine collection of songs dodger I've lost count of how many compilations I've made, somewhere around 50 I think.

LOL--I'm still doing tape ones! The hubby says he's gonna get a CD burner for us, though. First we have to get the computer working again, though! I've tried and I've tried and I can't get the darn thing out of safe mode OR connect to the 'net!
