King of the One Hit Wonders. How did this get to number one? -- One way only... the tune was incredibly catchy before it became incredibly overplayed. Did you ever listen to the lyrics? They make absolutely no sense on a literal level.

Not one of Billy's best. What bugs me about this is that Billy uses such a complex rhyming scheme, that it sounds like he's not rhyming at all. Thus the song sorta always seems to be just hanging there, never coming to a conclusion.

6379 - I might have this video on tape as well - I know that I saw it many times when it was new. I thought it was a pretty good tune I recorded it off the radio back then.

6378 - Didn't care much for the lyrics or the way he sang it at all - the only thing that was really all that good was Peter's guitar playing.

6377 - I like both era's of the band . My oldest brother was a big fan and bought the album when it came out . A good tune.

6373 - I was stunned when he left Chicago - and never really bothered to follow his solo stuff all that closely I know that he did a few duets. He was just so much better with the band.


6372 - I thought this was among her best I still find her portrayal of The Acid Queen very freaky after all these years - she really nailed it. LOL

6371 - I can't remember the melody either geez LOL.


6370 - I have this on Rhino's British rock series - I don't listen to it quite as much as the other hits but it's good.


6369 - LOL What does Jim do now ? - Don't recall it but he was indeed the king of the soundtracks


6368 - Paul was discovering different music styles once again of course having earlier included hints of reggae. I though the bass playing and the rhythms were kind of cool.


6367 - This recieved alot of oldies airplay locally in the 80's I heard it often and picked up my 45 copy in high school . I remember hearing it as a kid and even though I liked it I found the lyrics very creepy.



6366 - It's been a very long time since I've heard this . It kind of reminds me of The Drifters.


6365 - I saw the video for the first time in a very long time , about 2-3 months ago? The song was never a favorite of mine at all.


6364 - My classic rock station loved this at one point playing it several times a week.

I have this old Coliseum WWF Video all about him - all when he was a bad guy - FUNNY! I got it at a video store going out of business for a few bucks. It ends at Wrestlemania 2 so you know how old it is. Plus, THEY LIVE is a most excellent movie.
