Just as cheesey as the movie. All the parts of the movie that take place in the "new and hip" department store were filmed at the Camp Hill Mall, less than an hour from here, in the Boscov's store. We went down and saw some filming. The other parts were filmed at John Wannamaker's in Philly before it went under. Big, beautiful department store........

6247 - Back in the 70's I think I heard more about the controversy surrounding the tune than the song itself . I didn't really see what all the fuss was about.

6245 - Mannequin - an 80's classic LOL

6243 - I've just become familiar with this one . I'm still filling in my KISS CD and tape collection as far as the 80's - I, so far only have Crazy Nights on cassette. I actually don't mind it - it's your typical mid 80's power ballad - and if you think about it there were alot of them - big drum sound , keyboards etc. It's one of three tracks on the album that Paul co wrote with Desmond Child - Paul was writing with him quite a bit back then.


6242 - Not one of their best - but I seem to remember radio loving it.

6242 - A buddy of mine was in his "Zeppelin phase" around this time and bought the Coda LP back then . I thought this was a cool track and included this on a Zep mix tape that I made back in the 80's . I like the electronic effects on the tune .

What Kind of Man Would I Be--It's an ok song--a little sappy though.

Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now--Pretty lame song. So was the video.

It's called Enchanted. I think it might be subtitled The Collected Works of Stevie Nicks. Anyway, it's her only box set and still in print. Ask for it for Christmas!
