I Swear-John Michael Montgomery 1994 (New addition)
One of my fave 90's country singers, and that's not saying much. Anyway, his best tune, but I've always loved All-4-One's remake.
Mama He's Crazy-The Judds 1984 (New addition)
Always known this; their tune I most associate the Judds with. Good.
I Got Rhythm-Happenings 1967
The best version of the Gershwin standard.
Feelin' Right-Angel 1976
Remake of the Traffic/Joe Cocker tune? Would probably like it.
Addicted to Love-Robert Palmer 1986
This tune has grown on me, TERRIBLE edit at the start of the 45 version. Always a winner. RIP.
D.I.V.O.R.C.E.-Tammy Wynette 1968* (New addition)
Right on target; 1968. Typical late 60's country, pretty good.
Fire-Pointer Sisters 1978/79
A HUGE 1979 music fan, but if I HAD to choose, one of my 3 least fave Billboard top 5 hits of the year. I prefer their "Breakout" stuff.
Disarm-Smashing Pumpkins 1994
Pretty cool.
Five to One-Doors 1968
Love those Doors!
Get Out of My Way-Paul McCartney 1993
Not familiar with this; something I'd yell to strangers if I was in a bad mood.
With a Gun-Steely Dan 1974
A little different for them, nice versitality.
Sexy Girl-Glen Frey 1984
Of the 3 singles culled from the "Allnighter" album, my least fave from it. But it's still not too bad.
Stray Cat Strut-Stray Cats 1982/83
Great, but "Rock this town" and "Sexy & 17" were even better.
Legs-ZZ Top 1984
FOREVER fave, especially the remix with lengthened outro.
Tell Him-Exciters 1962/63
This and "Whiter Shade" are my STRONG top 2 faves from "Big Chill". ALWAYS. A SOLID fave for 20 years now!
Over and Over-Madonna 1984
Call me weird, but I keep confusing this with "Material Girl".
Wind of Change-Scorpions 1990
Never raved over it, but I do like the liberal "Communism falling apart" message.
Forever in Blue Jeans-Neil Diamond 1979
Still love this.
Jesus Christ Pose-Soundgarden 1992
Don't know the "Badmotorfinger" album too well.
Power to the People-John Lennon 1971
Don't know if I've EVER heard this much on radio. As with "Give Peace a Chance"" and "Imagine", a most powerful message tune I can usually relate to.
