Definitely easier to narrow down than last week's great 1972 list! I must admit, there are quite a few songs from this list that I'm not familiar with (including that Marky Mark cover of Good Vibrations, but I suspect I'm not missing anything!) Still, there are some gems here, especially the Lenny Kravitz and Queensryche songs. I'm not much of a Mariah Carey fan, but Someday is one of the few songs by her I like.

That's interesting about Good Vibrations - I hadn't realized it was an entirely different song. I was trying to imagine the original done in a Marky Mark style, and that seemed way too much of a stretch style-wise!

I agree that this was a dismal year for music. I had to stretch a bit to come up with the 9th and 10th choices.

The funny thing is that I don't remember hearing that KLF song when it first came out. I mostly know (and love) it from an Arista Records sampler, "Picked to Click", that I got a few years ago at a yard sale! There's some great stuff on that sampler!
