On March 21, 2005 I will be attending Songs My Mother Taught Me, the one-woman showcase of the talented Miss Lorna Luft.
For those who don't know, that would be Judy Garland's daughter.
Needless to say, I am ecstatic. I ordered my tickets on Saturday and I will be sitting in the third row. Now if I can only hold my enthusiasm these next five months. LOL.

Have you ever heard the studio cast recording of "Girl Crazy" that Lorna sings on? I have it. It's great! I believe it came out in about '92.

Have you ever heard the studio cast recording of "Girl Crazy" that Lorna sings on? I have it. It's great! I believe it came out in about '92. Thanks Laura! I didn't know about that one. I do have one or two recordings of hers, including a duet with Liza from the 1993 Tony Awards. |
