I went to see a concert Sunday night, the 24th. My friend asked me to go and I wanted to go to a concert, so I agreed. This was long before I was aware of the Lorna concert.
Anyway, the opening bands were Sugarcult and Newfound Glory. The headliner was Green Day. Like a moron, I didn't take in my camera for fear of losing it. There were several times when I could've gotten a great shot of Billy Joe.
I'm also upset that I didn't take my camera because we ate at Hard Rock Cafe beforehand and were seated near the bar. A display they had right behind the bar, right in my eyesight, right to the left of me, was Fleetwood Mac. A concert poster from Oakland in '77, a picture of Stevie that looked to be from a press conference of some sort, A GUITAR SIGNED BY EVERYONE IN THE CLASSIC LINEUP, AND AN OUTFIT WORN ONSTAGE BY STEVIE.
Needless to say I will be returning there soon just so I can get a pic of that...
