Has anyone listened to Fleetwood Mac's latest? I've kinda listened to it off and on since it was released.....not sure how I feel about it though - I definitely miss Christine McVie. Peacekeeper is a great song, but a lot of the tracks just aren't doing much for me.

I haven't heard anything all the way through yet.
Is it a turn back to classic Mac? Stevie's last solo album had her CLASSIC sound, that is for sure.

So far I have only heard Peacekeeper and it is okay. Parts of it sound vaguely familiar, as if I have hear that melody line before, but of course I can't quite put my finger on it.
I miss Christine McVie on this track, I really think it sounds incomplete without her. Can't really make a judgement call on the whole album, but I really like the Rumours and Tusk eras of Fleetwood Mac.

I thought that too and I'm thinking Paul Simon's Kodachrome!! I like the song now but as with all new songs it will get way overplayed on the radio and I'll end up hating it!!  |
