Good Morning Dawn
Another superb debut album. Every track is a winner. Another vinyl album I played almost to death. Did upgrade this one to CD. Only two songs released as singles (surprisingly) as the album cuts on this album are high quality songs. Good choice Dawn. One great album.
Favorites: Rock Steady, Movin' On, Bad Company, Ready for Love, Don't Let Me Down, The Way That I Choose, Can't Get Enough, Seagull.

One of "those" classic rock albums, with Hotel California, Boston and others where SO MANY cuts get repeat play.
It was one of the first albums I got into once I switched from Top 40 to Classic rock, so I am a little burnt on it. Plus my cousin's band played Movin' On and Can't Get Enough.
It's a legendary piece though.
I'd rather listen to Run With the Pack though!

Hi Dawn Excellent selection today! I have it on vinyl and six of the eight songs are on The "Original" Bad Company Anthology - a great double CD . I seem to remember Can't Get Enough being the first tune I heard from Paul , Mick , Boz and Simon. - We had the 45 in the house. If anybody ever says "there was never any good music from the 70's" just put this in the CD player and crank it up! Faves : Seagull - what a great tune - groovy! , Movin ' On , Rock Steady , Can't Get Enough , Bad Company and Ready For Love ( Ialso like Little Miss Fortune The B-Side to Can't Get Enough)

I agree, this is a fine debut album, and one of their best. That is surprising that there were only two singles released from it. 'Bad Company' and 'Rock Steady' could have also done well as singles, IMO.

You make a good point about this album - at least 5 of the tracks get regular airplay on the classic rock stations where I live. I didn't know your cousin had a band - cool! Run With the Pack has some good tracks as well. I especially like 'Honey Child'.

I'd like to get that Anthology someday. I'm pretty sure 'Can't Get Enough' was the first song I heard of theirs also. I remember it got a lot of airplay back in the early fall of 1974. Great song!

Really good album. Gosh, hard to believe this is from 1974. Didn't realize it was from quite that long ago. The songs still hold up well today, imo.
