Although I have the Steely box set, I am less familiar with this album overall than Aja, Royal Scam and Katy Lied.
Basically know the three big cuts that get radio play today. Hey 19, Babylon Sisters, and Time Out of Mind.
Hey 19 I remember SO well from my youth. Loved it then, love it now. Never got sick of it. Love when Donald says "nice" right in the middle.
Babylon Sisters I first heard on the Gold cassette, which I bought for Hey 19. Then at the bar we used to hang out at, someone used to play the crap out of it.
Time Out of Mind I first heard on the local rock station years ago as part of a music montage. At 6pm everyday, they had Mood Elevation Hour, to get you in a good mood after work. At the beginning they played clips of songs, including, "it's a smile on your face".
I think all, including critics, would agree this is not in the class of albums like the above three, but it's certainly not a bad album.

I’ve loved ‘Hey Nineteen’ ever since it came out back in late 1980 – it was one of the songs that really got me liking their music. ‘Time Out of Mind’ is my favorite, though. I loved it when it was popular, but I didn’t hear it on the radio after 1981, and kinda forgot about it for about 13 years. Then, in the mid 90’s, I heard it again, and it really brought back the memories. ‘Babylon Sisters’ is good, too.

Faves - Babylon Sisters , Hey Nineteen and Time Out of Mind. I think you’d really like this album, Ken. The three songs you mentioned are among the album’s strongest, but ‘Glamour Profession’ is also outstanding. I have a cassette with songs that I taped off the radio back in 1981 or 1982, and ‘Hey Nineteen’ is on it! I also remember hearing it often back then. Great song!
