That's a great list, Adam. You know what I'm gonna say about the libraries around here. I've said it before, and there's no use repeating it. (BTW, anyone interested in the US Navy Band? )

I'm not sure what the second volume was from this set that you checked out, but I have all 22 or whatever on cassette in this set that I got as a gift from my aunt several years ago.

Those are some great finds, Adam. Nuggets II and the Everlys sound especially cool.
I've got some discs checked out from the library that I still need to listen to. I have the Chambers Brothers Best of that I mentioned on Pete's Contender post, Neil Diamond- Glory Road 1968-72, Emerson, Lake & Palmer - The Atlantic Years set, and some jazz stuff like Miles Davis and John Coltrane.

Great stuff, Adam! What do you think of Satanic Majesties overall?
Volume 7 of the New Wave series is definitely the weakest in the series, and if it wasn't for "Shirts" (and the fact that I'm a completist), I wouldn't own it. But IIRC, Volume 10 is one of the better ones.
Here's a few of the things I've gotten over the past month or so:
Marvin Gaye: Anthology (2-disc set, 1995 re-master) Jackson Five: Anthology (Same series as Marvin's) War: The Best of War and More (though it's missing "Gypsy Man", which I NEED!) Tony Orlando & Dawn: The Definitive Collection Dokken: Under Lock & Key Def Leppard: Pyromania & Hysteria Led Zeppelin: Box Set (for "Hey Hey" an "Traveling Riverside Blues". I have all the remastered CD's except Coda, which is on my list) Gerry Rafferty: Right Down The Line-Best Of (Missing "Days Gone Down"... GRRRR..) Glen Campbell: All The Best Lobo: The Best Of Lobo Van Halen II (Not the remaster, though) Eric Clapton: The Cream Of Clapton Crosby, Stills & Nash: Greatest Hits
Also, on DVD I borrowed and copied almost the entire "Monty Python's Flying Circus" series (10 of the 14 discs)

Let me know how you like those Uriah Heep CDs. I heard a track of theirs called Salisbury earlier this morning on XM Radio Deep Tracks, and it was awesome!

Here's an updated list of stuff I borrowed within the past two/three weeks:
Billy Squier-Don't Say No Cliff Richard-Collection (1976-1994?) Neil Sedaka-My Friend (Compilation of 70's stuff) Huey Lewis & The News-Sports Don McLean-Favorites & Rarities T-Rex-Electric Warrior (Remaster w/ Bonus tracks, major upgrade!) Dire Straits-1st Doors-1st (I mentioned in Adam's Hat Trick I'd be looking for this) Nuggets-Disc 2 of first box set (FINALLY! Had the other 3 back in September!) Del Shannon-Little Town Flirt So-Peter Gabriel (Remaster) Supertramp-Classics Vol. 9 Love-Forever Changes (Remaster w/ Bonus tracks) Petula Clark-2 disc collection that sounds MUCH better than the GNP Crescendo CD I've had for 8 billion years! Rolling Stones-Sticky Fingers (Remaster, upgrade from original CD, MUCH better sound!) Uriah Heep-Anthology (Yes, Adam, I got some Heep too!) Black Sabbath-Symptoms Of The Universe (2-disc set) (BIG improvement in sound quality over individual CD's, may eventually get the Black Box) Creedence Clearwater Revival-Chronicle II (Had most of the songs already, mostly got it for the cuts from the first and last albums which I don't yet have.) Elton John-Tumbleweed Connection (Have listened to this twice already, it's AWESOME!) James Taylor-1st album for Apple (Also awesome, may do a review of this soon!) Jan & Dean-Legendary Masters Series (Have been wanting this for a LONG time!) The Essential Journey
Today I'm picking up: Hard to find 45's On CD vol. 7 Kiss-Destroyer The Buddah Box and A Hullaballoo videotape (with Micheal Landon hosting!) that I've had in my request list for months!
MAN, I'm cleanin' up!! I can't STOP!!

Great stuff, Adam! What do you think of Satanic Majesties overall? Led Zeppelin: Box Set (for "Hey Hey" an "Traveling Riverside Blues". I have all the remastered CD's except Coda, which is on my list) Gerry Rafferty: Right Down The Line-Best Of (Missing "Days Gone Down"... GRRRR..) I thought it was really good! I think it helps that radio hasn't driven it into the ground! Aside from the 2 obvious biggies, I liked Sing This All Together. Did you know there is ANOTHER previously unreleased Zep song on one of the other box sets? It's called Baby Please Don't Go (not the standard Nugent covered). Really good track! (Early slow bluesy number.) There is a MUCH better Rafferty collection out there that includes the FULL length Days Gone Down as well as the full length Baker Street, plus lots of other good tracks not on that collection. You should seek it out-it's worth it!

It must be on the second box set. What's the name of the collection? I haven't had much luck..

The one that came out in 1993 and is known as Box Set 2. It contains everything not on the original box. Oh and I gave the wrong title! It's actually Baby Come on Home. The collection is called actually called Baker Street. It always looked like it may have been an import, but it wasn't expensive or that hard to get.

I'll have to try to get it, but I think I may have unsuccessfully tried to get Box Set II before. Gotta look into that Rafferty collection!
