Those are great, Ken! I always loved those K-Tel commercials when I was a kid, hearing all the different sound clips of the songs. Now, if only today's music were a fraction as good as it was then!

LOL! I've actually seen that album at record fairs, but had never heard any of the songs from it. It sounds like I wasn't missing much! ;D At one time I had actually thought of beginning a collection of those cheapo "soundalike" LPs, just for fun. I have a couple of them from the '70s, including one called Convoy with a bunch of '75 hit soundalikes.

I was watching the "low royalties" clip again, and their version of I Won't Last a Day Without You is absolutely hideous. I shudder to think what the rest of Band on the Run must sound like! ;D
