Are you currently IN England? Nope, I live in Kansas now. My days in England were from 1978 - 81 & 1986 - 1990.

1.Major Lance-completely clueless here! 2.Brenda Lee-classic voice!I like " I'm Sorry" 3.Peggy Lee-hear her on my favorite "very" oldies station frequently;she's okay 4.John Lennon-please don't get me started!I have been such a huge fan of his literally as long as I can remember. His haunting lyrics, his outspokeness, his refusal to be always mainstream. What a beautiful artist he was!I cried for a couple of days when that rotten creep took him from us.May your memory remain fresh forever! 5.Jullian Lennon-though not in his father's catagory,he has a very eerily similar vocal style.I liked his few popular songs

Major Lance-My favorite is “Um Um Um Um” Anyway, this time I will reference my “Return of The British Invasion” DVD. No, Major Lance was not on there, but “Wayne Fontana and The Mindbenders were and (In addition to his hits) he sang a song credited as “Curious Minds”—which turned out to be the song known and loved by many for years as “Um, um, um, um…”. (Btw, it was a GREAT version—and I have been searching ever since—unsuccessfully, btw—for an audio copy of Wayne singing this song). Brenda Lee-She appeared on several Hullabaloo episodes. ;D However, I am hoping to run across some vintage episodes of "Bandstand" on DVD so I can see a FULL performance by her when she was ORIGINALLY “Little Miss Dynamite”. (In the meantime, you are likely hoping I won’t—since I’m bound to reference it here. LOL!) Peggy Lee->> Dave musta known I hadn't planned on including her, since he requested her before I passed her<< How could you even THINK of by-passing Peggy? ! ? Anyway, “Fever” is ok (But I like the original version by Little Willy John better), but my faves by her are “Do Right” and her other songs with Benny Goodman and “He’s a Tramp” and her other songs with Disney. Julian Lennon-I like “Too Late For Goodbyes” (I thought his “Behind the Music” was very telling)
