I think it's just that with so many of this artists, we looked beyond the hits and discovered that there is a LOT of good stuff that never gets put out as singles.

As an example, I like just about any of the 14 tracks on Revolver over the Beatles big hits. It's not something on purpose. It's just sometimes artists only put out certain songs, and they aren't always the best.

On artists you like, do you only like the big hits? More specifically, if you buy their CD, do you not listen beyond the big radio songs?

For artists I really like, I do listen beyond the singles. But for most other artists, I'm the casual fan. When we do the tourneys on the artists I'm not that familiar with, it's frustrating that the BIG BIG hits get eliminated early on. And then... now this is just my opinion okay... when a song that I don't know beats out a BIG BIG hit, then I listen to the winner, it doesn't do anything for me, it's just... EH! You know, just... EH! It's just frustrating.
