Ohh, my mom used to play that album constantly! And you're right, there's not a bad one in there! I think that, even if my mom hadn't been such a fan of Linda's, I'd still love her music. She's always been a favorite of mine.

At the time both Coming Up and Cars were added to my 45 collection


Coming Up - I liked the Live! version better than the studio (although the video was very cool)


Cars - I looooved this at the time


Biggest Part of Me - a record with a very 70's feel to it. Always reminds of Player's Baby Come Back when I hear it.


Sexy Eyes - Remember hearing it at the time , but haven't heard it in a very long time.


Don't Fall in Love With a Dreamer - My Aunt really liked this and had the album on 8 - track so I heard it quite a bit when Iwould visit them.


Against The Wind - another great one from Bob


Call Me - Excellent song


Stomp - I don't recall this one - I'd have to hear it

Hurt So Bad - I bought the Mad Love album when it came out - excellent album - Iliked her cover.

Funktown - Heard this many times - I thought it was pretty good . I see the old video clip every so often . It's so cheesy LOL

I love the video for 'Coming Up'! I remember seeing it on VH-1 many years ago. I'm hoping VH-1 Classic will show it one of these days.

Linda always did such a wonderful job with her cover versions. I like Little Anthony's original, but I think Linda's version is even better.

LOL about the cheesy video for 'Funkytown'! I've never seen it, but you've got me very curious about it!
