'Self Control' is great! Laura Branigan is kind of forgotten these days, but she had an excellent voice. 'Sister Christian' is probably my all-time favorite power ballad. Everything comes together so well on this song. I think that's true about Steve Perry's girlfriend - I remember seeing that on Pop-Up Video one time. Oh I know, which is a shame. It's too bad she isn't still heard today. If I had to choose my all-time favorite, this would no doubt be mine! Speaking of Pop Up Video, don't forget to catch VH1 when they do their Pop Culture Pop Up's! I think it starts next month, but I'm not absolutely sure. |

You're very welcome! I used to watch 'em all the time, too, but quit watching until they did the ole pop up thing with classic commercials..(!) I loved it, and that's something else you'll have to look out for! I've learned a lot from the show, too! |
