Before you say "didn't you just do a thread like this?" bear with me.
Everyone has "their song". One that you share with someone. One that makes you smile when it comes on. One that may have a memory attached to it, but always makes you think of someone, and if you're together, you've got to crank it and sing along:
Me and Brenda (best friend since 7th grade): "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley - not for the romantic aspect of the song, but she loved Rick, and this song, and during the time it was popular, we were in high school, and dealing with some crap that people we thought were our friends did to us. It was more of a testimony to friendship than anything else.
Me and Mike (friend made in the last few years): "Float On" by The Floaters - when he and I were carving a friendship, he was in a bad mood one day and I said "I've got something guaranteed to cheer you up". I forwarded him the MP3 of this amazing piece of cheese. Now all we have to do when we want to make the other smile is just to send an e-mail saying nothing else but "Float On".
Me and Karen (friend from my former job): "The Theme To The Magic Garden" by Carole and Paula - yeah, it's lame, but she was the only person I had come across in years that actually not only remembered that show, but could sing the theme song from memory. Everytime I see a clip or hear the song, I think of her right away.

Me and Daniel (friend made in the last few years - new member here): "Digging Your Scene" by The Blow Monkeys - Daniel was a founding member at the forum that me and the aforementioned Mike used to run, and while I always enjoyed his participation, it wasn't until I started an ill-fated cd exchange that I found someone else who truly enjoyed this song as I did. I can't hear this one without thinking of him. And to Daniel: thanks for the tape - I need to get the Kenwood fired up so I can listen to it!
Those are just a few examples.
But as odd as it may sound, Nelson and I really don't have "a song" per se. Our wedding song was "Just The Way You Are" by Billy Joel, but it was kind of hastily chosen. We like so many different songs that we just can't pick one.
Anyone else?
