Sammy Hagar? I found an old cassette inlay card of a mix tape I made from 1983 and this song was included! I haven't heard the song in a very long time. It was Sammy's first hit and it reached #13 on the billboard charts in late '82 / early '83. **Update** Here is a link to an audio sample - track #4 www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=1026632&BAB=E

Oh yes, sure do! I have the reissue 45. My fave Hagar solo tune. Better than the "Mas Tequila" crap he's put out in recent years.

Ohhhhh yeah! This was a good one. I like it a lot better than the overplayed "I Can't Drive 55".
This was from "Three Lock Box" wasn't it?

I agree, this one is much more interesting than I Can't Drive 55.... Thats not an awful song, just a bit overplayed...

They played that one quite a bit on KRZR back in California, up until about 3 years ago when they overhauled the playlist.

Sure do, Ken! It's probably my favorite of all the singles Sammy released. Hearing it always takes me back to when I was first starting high school.
