I recently came across this website which features several downloadable British oldies shoes. I've been listening to one called "Jukebox Crazy #1" It contains an hour of oldies, some familiar and some rather obscure - at least to those of us on this side of the Atlantic. There's some Elvis and some Connie Francis, but also such UK stalwarts as Cliff Richard and Shirley Bassey. There's also an interesting song by the Del-Vikings called "Come Along With Me" which seems like nothing more than a plagiarized version of their own "Come Go With Me." Most strange. Anyway, you can use this link to get to this Jukebox Crazy #1 show and also to some other radio programing featuring Elvis as well as some other oldies with a definite British twist. It's worth your time just to listen to the stodgy old British DJ. LOL! Anyway, here's the link. www.easytimeradio.co.uk/index.htmlenjoy!

Seriously, though, it does sound like an interesting website! LOL!! That's what happens when one has to look at ones fingers rather than the screen when you type. The "e" is right next to the "w" -- the word is British SHOWS! -- But you know, I wouldn't be surprised if you will be able to download footwear one of these days. ;D

That's very cool, Ed. It's amazing how different the UK/US charts could be at various times, and it's nice to hear some of the lesser-known (to us) hits. I'll be checking this out!
