All I can say is WOW, Alan! When I saw the title Bondi Junction, I said what the $#%$$ is that?. Then it started to play and it all came back to me. I remember it from when I lived in Canada in the '73-'75 timeframe. One of those songs I probably heard 5 or 6 times then and never again, as it dropped out of sight. Thanks for bringing it back! You're more than welcome, Ed. This was from the same period and area... www.youtube.com/watch?v=3b4YUGY9rqY A favor, if you can...I've been able to find several Edward Bear songs on YouTube, but not "Fool"; is there any way, if you have it, you can post it here? I've checked a number of download sites, NSL.

Heard this on on Music Choice's 70s channel a few minutes ago and thought, "Wow, this would make a great Lost Oldie!"
(The song starts about :37 in.)

Very catchy song. Several years ago, the Goodlife Network aired some old Tony Orlando and Dawn reruns, and it was cool to see the guest performers from the era. Those '70s variety shows may have been a little cheesy at times, but they were enjoyable to watch.

Til The World Ends--Three Dog Night(1975--their last hit)
Always liked the string arrangement on this one.

I too didn't discover "Til the World Ends" until quite some time after it was popular. Very nice song, though, and I agree it should have been more of a hit.

Cool video Smitty, and one great song. Loved this song back in '81, and still do.
I used to make that run to the Bay Area about 6 times a year to visit my mom back in the mid 70s. Not from LA but from Bakersfield. I was stationed in the Mojave Desert & would cut across on US 56 to Bakersfield. Then it was the long, flat, straight, boring drive (kinda like Kansas) to the bay area cutoff. And this was back when the speed limit was 55 mph. So as Sammy Hagar would say, what once took a few hours, now takes all day. It was a very draining drive.
On the up side, when I was stationed in Greenland, I did a one hour radio show featuring songs with cities in California in the title. Sausalito Summernight was one of the songs I featured. It was a fun show.
Thanks for bringing back some fond memories.
