All are great songs. For me it came down to Ray Charles & Little Eva. Voted for The Locomotion because it's such a fun song.

I'm pretty sure that "Big Girls Don't Cry-yai-yai" WAS my favorite song in 1962--and I still like it, so I voted for it. ;D (Besides, it NEEDED my vote! )
