Taxi gets my vote. It was the first Harry song I heard, and I always liked the melodramatic flair, not to mention the irony. Another song in a similar vein is Same Old Lang Syne by Dan Fogelberg.

With the majority on this one. Ugly Kid Joe's remake wasn't half as good. I actually like his "Sequel" just as much as "Taxi".
