WOWZY DOWZY!!! MY state songs!!! ;D I went with *California Nights* based on my usual criteria: I like it AND it had no votes. As for "California Girls" I used to sing it as "I'm glad they're NOT all California Girls!" LOL! Besides, it never described pale, brunette me anyway. (Still a favorite though song!) Also, the line "It pours, man it pours" sure rang true sure rang true the year that song was released. It was a downpour every day! (Which made the title rather ironic, to say the least!) |
