Got any musician's autograph? I only have one, but I'm proud of it. I have Micheal Nesmith of the Monkees.

Hey, good topic Alpha! Let's see. Well first of all, I have Davy Jones! And, not to ruin Kathy's answer, but I know she has Mickey's! And someone on ML, maybe Frank, has Peter's! We're all set! LOL! Also have- The Kinleys Chuck Negron (Three Dog Night) Paul Revere Gerry Beckley & Dewey Bunnell (America) Toad & Hooke (Cryan' Shames) Carl Giamaresse & Nick Fortuna (Buckinghams) One of the original guys from Rare Earth (LOL-NOT the singer), plus one of the newer dudes Jerry Yester & Joe Butler (Lovin' Spoonful) Gary Loizzo (American Breed) And yes, I DO have Martina McBrides. It IS an original, personalized to my wife (not a copy). However, I did NOT meet her to obtain it. Unfortunately.

I have an album signed by Peter Murphy (former lead singer of Bauhaus) but I never met him.
But my prized posession is my tour program signed by my idol Brian Wilson when I met him in '01.

Well, Sat's right. I do have Micky Dolenz's autograph. Obtained it when he walked into a bar my friend and I were at one night after a Monkees concert. I also have Graham Nash's autograph--met him at a movie theater. I met Cheap Trick and Joan Jett and got their autographs when I won backstage passes to their concert. I won a Loverboy album many years ago--each member of the group signed the album. I also have autographs of Melissa Etheridge and Pat Benatar--obtained thru Ebay. I have an autogrphed CD of Sheryl Crow--also bought off Ebay. And this is not music related, but I met the late Lani O'Grady (from Eight is Enough) a LONG time ago when she appeared at a local fundraiser. I have her autograph too. Just thought I'd throw that in there.

Very cool list Adam - What did you get autographed from Paul Revere LP , CD? Rare Earth - Yeah! . Martina - right on! I got that old double album on vinyl of their greatest hits. The one with Paul and Mark's pics on the front. Put out before Indian Reservation. Rare Earth I had gotten a used copy of Get Ready signed. Can't believe I never shared my Martina story. I guess because I didn't actually meet her. I had gotten tix to see Martina's Christmas show in Dec for Bekki's 30th. The tix showed up, and Bekki opened them thinking it was a credit card or something, so the surprise was ruined. I wrote the fan club and asked if there was anyway to meet Martina after the show. They said no, but they said they would send an autographed pic. They did, and it was personalized to Bekki with Happy Birthday! Gotta get a frame now!

Count Basie, when he performed at my sister's high school.
I have a used LP I found with the singer's autograph on it, but I can't remember who it is! A male solo performer, I know that.

I have five autographs. Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Eric Singer and Bruce Kulick in the book KISSTORY that I bought through the mail.
The other one is Vinnie Vincent, ex-KISS. I wrote him a letter and sent him some photos I took of him when KISS played Radio City Music Hall in 1984. He kept my photos and sent me back one of him in makeup that he autographed along with a nice letter.

I have five autographs. Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Eric Singer and Bruce Kulick in the book KISSTORY that I bought through the mail. I have the KISSTORY book too, but mine is autographed by Paul, Gene, Ace, and Peter - and they're real autographs, not machine done. That's weird that yours is different. I have several items autographed by Davy Jones (and I never really cared for him, but I was friends with his one-time manager Alan Green). I have a first edition of his original book "They Made A Monkee Out Of Me" and he spilled coffee all over it. He promised me a new one, but I never got it, and the old one is falling apart. I also have a t-shirt that says "Davy Jones Signed My T-Shirt Right Here" with an arrow (and some pictures) and it's signed below the arrow. I also have a pin with what the proposed cover of his 2nd book was to look like, but that book never came out. They did something different instead. I have Martina McBride's autograph (made out to me and my husband) on a picture obtained after a Garth Brooks show. I have Weird Al's autograph on my boxed set booklet, and my husband got it on his ticket stub. (I gotta meet him again!) My husband has Boxcar Willie's autograph. He was little, and at one of his shows when he hurt himself and ended up in the hospital. Boxcar stopped by to make sure he was ok. I have an autographed picture of Priscilla Lopez. She's a tony-award winning broadway actress, most famous for her role as Diana in the original cast of "A Chorus Line". I also have a book about that musical written by the original cast, and it's signed by her and Thommie Walsh, another actor from the original cast. My mom has Don Ho's autograph (I know, OOOHHHH). She met him in Hawaii (where else?). We have an autographed album by some country guy. He was a big hefty dude and his name was Johnny (something) and the album is called "Red Necks and Blue Ribbon Beer". My cousins run a jamboree (and have for many years) and my parents got it there. I have others, but they're not even remotely musically related.
