This one was a request from my husband. I have been trying like the devil to convince him to join as a different prespective but I've had no luck. Nevertheless, he suggested this song.
He's always saying that I opened the door to a whole new world of music when we met. He used to say that the Rolling Stones sucked, but then once he really listened, he decided he really loves them. He had grown up listening to country, then when they moved to the city after his dad passed away, he got into metal.
I must say that he turned me on to some groups I never listened to, like Jane's Addiction, Ozzy, Anthrax, and today's group. He always had a special place for this song because he said it reminded him of growing up. He had to chuckle when he heard it because he could relate. He doesn't have a mother who would win any mother-of-the-year awards anytime in the next 1000 or so years, and had some behavioral and emotional problems while growing up because of it. I chuckle when I hear the song because I can just hear her saying these things, and because when she heard him listening to it, she yelled at him for listening to such awful stuff (gee, do you listen to yourself?).
For those who don't know the song, it's largely spoken, then builds up in speed to the chorus, which is pretty much out and out thrash.

My Opinion In A Nushell: It's one I like to listen to when I feel like no one is listening to me, and I feel like the whole world is out to get me. I feel better by the time it's over.
