But a friend of mine sent me this a while back & it was written & sung by Bowzer:
"Glasses"
How did people see,
In the fourteenth century
When no one had invented glasses?

This was the most BEAUTIFUL song I'd ever heard by Bowzer. He composed it back in 1972. And this showed that there was more to him than the "greaser" side
I listen to it when headaches are bad, or when all hell is breaking loose. (I just wish he'd get back to me about how much I enjoy that song.I've Emailed him twice)

It's definately interesting, Kathy. Very interesting commentary. Is it in the 50's style, or more of a ballad?

It's slow, Railyn, and I'd say it's more ballad like. No "doo-wop,shoo-bop " in the background

I just checked & it's not on CD. And yes..you're right about it being on "The Night Is Still Young"
Bowzer takes his piano playing very seriously,and this song shows it.
