August 24, 1963 - A new rising star for Motown accomplished something that had never been done before on the American music charts – and he did it at the age of 13. Little Stevie Wonder had the number one album on the Pop Album chart with his album The 12 Year Old Genius. This same week in 1963, Stevie Wonder was also number one on both the Pop and R&B Charts with his first hit single, Fingertips Part 2.

Hey JP! Glad to see you brought this feature back. I remember back then they were referring to Stevie as the next Ray Charles. - I'm sure his blindness was one reason for the reference, but it was obvious even back then, how good Stevie was going to become. "What key; what key? "

Hey JP-will this be a new regular feature? I hope so, since it doesn't look like Lisa is ever coming back!
Today's topic goes well with Dawn's artist survey from yesterday!

Hey JP-will this be a new regular feature? I hope so, since it doesn't look like Lisa is ever coming back! Today's topic goes well with Dawn's artist survey from yesterday! I'll post these on the days I get them. The site I get them from does a historical fact everyday. Most of the time, it's music. But sometimes, it's TV or something else.
