September 15, 1969 - Ed Sullivan releases a record in his first and only attempt at rock ‘n roll. The record was called The Sulli Gulli. Ed was hoping it would create a new dance craze. It didn't.
September 15, 1967 - Another TV perfomer was on the music charts as Bill Cosby hit the top 5 with Little Ole Man.

That's interesting about Ed Sullivan's record - I hadn't known that!
I think I've heard Little Ole Man a time or two on the radio, but it's been quite a while.
