Throughout Elvis' career, Vernon has anxiously overseen his son's finances, living in contant fear of financial ruin.
Elvis has always dismissed his father's concerns, but Vernon keeps meticulous track of every penny he pays out.
Today he writes at length to Joe Esposito in California, reprimanding him for sloppy bookkeeping.
Hardly anything exciting! LOL! I guess some days will be boring like this....

That's interesting - I didn't know that about his father - well it's nice to know someone was looking out for the King.
