Today, March 12th, marks the release of the debut album from rock band Love. While not considered the classic Forever Changes is, the self titled album is nonetheless a classic containing great songs like My Little Red Book, Can't Explain, You I'll Be Following and my personal favorite, Softly to Me.
Also on this day in Rock history..........

Though I haven't listened to Love's debut album as much as their later releases, there's still great material on it, and it was a promising beginning for the band.
It's rare to find two people as devoted to each other as Paul and Linda were. It's unfortunate that she's no longer with us today.

RIP Mike It's hard to believe it's been 41 years since LOVE's debut - whoa! but it is indeed a classic. Paul and Linda seemed so right for each other. Unlike Heather (what a gold digger, poor Paul) I have the Apple 45 of Power To The People. I remember watching the local news and seeing the story about those Stones' concerts.
