I hadn't known that about the Kingston Trio. That must have been a terrifying experience, especially so soon after Buddy's death, but I am glad no one was killed. It's sobering to think how many lost their lives in plane crashes in the earlier days of the rock era.
My mom is a huge Bob Seger fan, and when she and Dad were out here for a visit in January, I took a photo of her next to Bob's star.

I never knew that about the Kingston Trio. I also didn't realize that Bob had a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
