04/20/1966 Vocal tracks for 'Eleanor Rigby' were recorded for the 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' album by The Beatles. Originally titled 'Daisy Hawkins', its title was changed after McCartney spotted the name 'Rigby' on a clothes shop in Bristol.
