Here is a picture of The Easybeats probably from around 1967 . They are remembered in the U.S. for the hit Friday On My Mind. The had many other fine songs as well. Oh and of course George Young (wearing white pants) is the older brother of AC DC's Angus and Malcolm home.clara.net/digger/sixties/easybeats.jpg[/IMG]

Awesome pic, Ken, I know they wer formed in Britain, yet were brought up in Australia. I have yet to hear their original "Good Times", BTW. And George Young and (Henry?) Vanda went on to form "Flash and the Pan".

Nice picture. You can tell by looking at George that he is Angus and Malcolm's brother. They all have very similar features (especially their noses!).

Awesome picture Ken!! I can finally see it. It's weird, it's usually the opposite-I can see it at work and not home. But in this case, I wasn't able to see it at work!
I love seeing pics of those smaller time bands! Where did you find it?
And of course George went on to produce as well!

I'm glad you finally had the chance to see it. I found the photo on Google , the pic originated from a site called "Sixties British Pop Culture."

Friday on My Mind has always been one of my favorite tunes -- but I never knew much about the group. I'll have to investigate.
