OK, I started doing this on ML, so why not bring it over here? First up is one I posted the other day on ML, but no one responded.  One of the best albums of the 80's by a very underrated artist. Feel free to add your comments on this and future album covers.  |

Is that a self titled release? Is it the one with Someday, Someway? Unfortunately, that's the only song from Marshall I am familiar with.
As far as the cover, VERY 80's in it's look!

Marshall is one of the artists I want to check out further. I'm not familiar with many of his songs, but I've enjoyed what I've heard so far, and I agree that he is very underrated.
I like this cover! A great shot of Marshall, and the retro kitchen table is so cool!

As far as the cover, VERY 80's in it's look! Thanks, Adam. Yes, this is the album with Someday, Someway and my other favorite of his, Cynical Girl. All of the tracks are good, though. Definitely worth checking out. |

Marshall ROCKS!! it's that simple I love this album ( I have 2 copies on CD and a copy on vinyl. One of the BEST of 1982 . Love that retro kitchen table. Faves from the album include: Someday, Someway Cynical Girl Rockin' Around In NYC Brand New Lover She Can't Dance Girls The Usual Thing Everybody should have at least one album of Marshall's in their collection |

I've never actually heard of Marshall Crenshaw, but it sounds like I'm missing out!
