If I'm reading that band name correctly, I'd guess it's the band Detective. MichAEL dES bARRES, WHO LATER TOURED WITH pOWER sTATION (NOT rOBERT pALMER) WAS THE LEAD Singer of the band.
(There is NO bloody way ANYwhere (remote or keyboard) I can tell caps lock is on--cause I type fast looking down directly on my keyboard...oh well...)

Actually it's the Collective Soul album Dosage. Just bought it a couple of weeks ago at the used CD place. Good album.

I once had a B&W pic of this taped up at my desk and it freaked a girl out! It is very bizarre, but still cool.
