LOL! I think they have gotten even more "current" in recent years too! Imagine Nirvana or Eminem on elevator music!!

Instrumentals of every rock song ever done... Those really annoy me most of the time. I'd much rather hear the songs in their original form.

Ya know, sometimes I have actually wished we had such a station (Especially at night. Personally, I would enjoy it a LOT more than "Coast to Coast!"--which seems to be almost EVERYWHERE on the am dial at night). I even once bought a *Mantovonni* ( Is that the name?) *Orchestra* CD. Had I not accidentally entered the wrong number on my cd club order, I might never have known that they were one of those "elevator" groups. Yet I remember the days when my mom used to play that and I'd run out of the house *screaming*--and not with joy, I might add. LOL! (My poor mom...) Here, the closest we have to that is a station which plays mostly quiiet songs from the 40s to the 70s--but all in their original form. *sigh* It's nice (and dreamy... ).

Sounds like a station I would really like,Rali.
