with two days to go until Homecoming weekend, big things are already happening. The latest news: 1. Boogieman has returned !!! He has just signed up. Welcome back Boogie!!!    2. Woody is back! He told me he has been very busy and it's really cut into his posting time, but he's already made several posts, and plans to be at Homecoming this weekend (although he said his posting might be at weird hours.) 3. I heard from Kitty, and she also plans to be on line this weekend. -- This all happening after: Signing up three new members over the past couple of weeks (Daniel, Gremashlo and Jettaboldt - hope you're all here this weekend) edit: ... and how could I forget Alan? 
I know how I forgot Alan. it's old age. (Mine, not Alan's; his old age is not as old.  )Having returns over the past few weeks of several old friends: (Railyn, Juggie, Heyabbott, Puma and excuse me if I've missed anyone) edit: ... and of course I did miss someone. Tracy. She was one of the first returnees. And now Mary has returned as well. So The Click now has The Texas Twins back in the fold.
But yaknow, that's funny. I forgot Alan and Tracy. Hmm. Strange. Maybe someone ought to introduce them. ;D
.. and as I said -- It's only Wednesday!! Now: If we could: Get MC back on, Find Kat Find Cathy Get Lora to undelete herself (anyone been able to find her?) Anyone heard from Kathyb ? Anyone heard from the Martina contingent (Rob, Happygirl, #9, etc.) ? You see. I'm never satisfied. |

Wonderful news! Boogie, I'm so glad you've joined us again - we've missed you! It's great to see all the returning members as well as the new friends who have recently joined. As I was telling Ed in a PM earlier, this is very much like the early days of the Click, when this place was a-buzzin' with activity! Very cool! |

Thank you H2 and Dawn. It is so good to be back! It's been 3 years (?!?) since I last posted. Time sure does fly...
Lots of happenings in my life since I've been gone. Most significantly I got married (6-11-05) and became a Martina McBride fan. In fact I've become an honest-to-goodness country music fan along with my other genres (classic rock, r&b, 70's and 80's pop, etc.)
It'll take me a while to catch up with the board. I'm looking forward to being an active member again. It's really good to see lots of familiar names here! ;D

I've emailed Triple J and Kathyb about the party. I still haven't had any luck reaching Cathy, though - it appears she's not checking that Yahoo account anymore.
Hopefully we'll have a few more old friends turn up in the next few days, including one or two we haven't seen in a very long time.
Laura, if you see this, could you email Jill and tell her about the party? Also, has anyone heard from Kim (Camille Noire) lately?

Hi SAT, yes I do remember that you were a big Martina fan and I always stubbornly refused to give her a listen.
Best female country voice ever...hands down. I saw her in concert not too long ago w/Alan Jackson and I was blown away. I've never checked out her website though...
