This is a tough one. I grew up hearing Elvis' version, and have always liked it very much, but it was Frank's song originally, and he also did it very well.
I'll go with Elvis' version, but only by the tiniest of margins.

Well Joe, I surprised myself. I've always been a fan of skinny Elvis and don't much care for Fat Elvis. But Elvis in 1973, did not look quite as fat as I remembered, and he was working hard to do this song right in that video. Frank Sinatra on the other hand was already past his prime, and his voice was failing him. He did what he could but he didn't have that rich tone that he had earlier. So -- the song My Way is Frank's song, no doubt. But this is far from his strongest performance of it. Elvis had his A game going that night in Hawaii, though.
