Gotta go with the Beatles here; I've always loved their take on it.
I'm kind of "meh" on the Beach Boys' studio version of this song from '76, but it seemed to come to life more when they played it live. I'll have to grab this footage for my collection - I've seen photo stills from this show, but not the actual video. Nice to see Brian rockin' out on the bass and seemingly enjoying it - most shows from this period have him stuck behind a piano most of the time.
